Conference Room Rentals and Day Passes

Higley Room - Suitable for up to 10 people (for working meetings where everyone has a laptop, 8 people should be considered the maximum based on comfort).

Ray Room -
Best for up to 4 people. Great for interviews, depositions, attorney/client meetings, study sessions, and small teams.

Day Passes -
For individuals to work in our open seating area, book time between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm Monday-Friday. Book by the hour or an entire day. Includes access to phone booths, printing, and coffee. Day Passes do not include conference rooms.

Cancellation policy: Conference Room Rentals and Day Passes can be made below. Reservations are charged at the time of reservation. Conference Room Reservations and Day Passes canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time will be refunded. Reservations canceled with less than 24-hour notice will be charged the full cost of the reservation and are not eligible for a refund.

If a reservation is booked with less than 24 hours until the start of your reservation, guests will have 1 hour from the time they booked to cancel and be refunded for the reservation.
