A Spook-tacular Way to Give Back This Halloween – Join the Halloween Blood Drive
This Friday, you can do something that matters, and you can do it in costume.
Our neighbors at Edward Jones Gilbert are hosting a Halloween Blood Drive with the American Red Cross, just down the road from The Works. If you’ve been meaning to donate, this is your chance. It only takes about an hour, and it can help save lives in our community.
Event Details
- When: Friday, October 30, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Where: 1485 S Higley Rd, Suite 103, Gilbert

Why Your Donation Matters
A single blood donation can help save up to three lives. Donations keep local hospitals supplied for surgeries, emergencies, and patients who need ongoing treatment. Hospitals depend on a steady supply, and that supply depends on people like you.
You’ll also get free snacks and refreshments.
Come Dressed for the Occasion
Costumes are welcome and encouraged. Vampire capes are optional, but they’d be very on theme.
Before You Go
- Bring a valid photo ID.
- Drink plenty of water before you donate.
- Eat a good meal beforehand.
Members, Make It Part of Your Workday
If you’re working at The Works on Friday, it’s a quick trip down Higley. Book a slot between meetings, grab a snack, and get back to your desk having done something good. Even better, bring a coworker.
