Anytime Mailbox gives you a real street address at The Works in Gilbert and lets you manage your mail from your phone or computer. Your mail arrives here, we photograph the envelope, and you decide what happens next: open and scan it, forward it, shred it, or pick it up in person.

How Does Anytime Mailbox Work?

1. Sign up and choose a plan. Start here with The Works already selected.
2. Verify your identity. Federal rules require USPS Form 1583 for any mail-receiving service. Anytime Mailbox walks you through it during signup.
3. Use your new address. Put it on your website, business cards, invoices, and anywhere you’d rather not share your home address.
4. Get notified when mail arrives. We scan the outside of each envelope and upload it to your account. You get an alert right away.
5. Decide what to do with it. With a click, choose to open and scan the contents, forward it, shred it, recycle it, or hold it for pickup.
