What is a virtual office and how does it work at The Works – Gilbert?

The Works provides a Virtual Office option.  We provide a business address for receiving mail. Services include picking up your mail daily and letting you know via text message (SMS) when it arrives.     • Does a Virtual Office include free conference rooms? No, but conference room availability a booking can be done here.
    • Does a Virtual Office mean I can work from The Works? No, but you can book a day pass to work with us for a few hours or an entire day. Book a Day Pass here.  We also have monthly memberships. A monthly membership will allow you to work with us during the week.  Some memberships even give 24/7 access to The Works – Gilbert.
    • If you need an office for only a few hours or a fews days, check out our Day Office.

How to get started with a virtual Office

A couple of forms will need to be completed – Our membership agreement and the Form 1583 authorizing The Works to accept mail on your behalf.  We’ll then  confirm that you can receive an SMS message from us by sending you a test message. You’ll install our Optix app. Optix will hold your payment method and invoices, so when tax time comes around, you’ll have easy access to your invoices.  That’s it.  It’s quite easy.
