Virtual Offices, sometimes referred to as a Virtual Address or Virtual Mail Plans are popular with small business owners, startups, and entrepreneurs because the venue offering the Virtual Office maintains a business address and mailbox so you don’t have to. No more PO boxes or PMBs for your business.

Saving money is key for small businesses and avoiding the costs of maintaining an office saves a lot. Nobody wants prospects viewing your “Office Location” on Google Maps, only to discover that it’s clearly a UPS Store, FedEx Office store, or your home?

While Virtual office services are varied depending on the venue.

What is a virtual office and how does it work at The Works – Gilbert?

The Works provides a Virtual Office option.  We provide a business address for receiving mail. Services include picking up your mail daily and letting you know via text message (SMS) when it arrives.     • Does a Virtual Office include free conference rooms? No, but conference room availability a booking can be done here.
    • Does a Virtual Office mean I can work from The Works? No, but you can book a day pass to work with us for a few hours or an entire day. Book a Day Pass here.  We also have monthly memberships. A monthly membership will allow you to work with us during the week.  Some memberships even give 24/7 access to The Works – Gilbert.

How to get started with a Virtual Office

Create your Virtual Office Account here. We will then need

  • 2 forms of ID (one photo ID and one address ID w/a utility bill showing the same address you use on the form 1583)
  • A completed Form 1583 authorizing The Works to accept mail on your behalf.

That’s it.  It’s quite easy.
